Carlos Grangel (born 1963 in Barcelona) is a character designer for animated films and is the owner of Grangel Studios, along with his brother, Jordi. He was a comic book artist for Fix und Foxi, a German market from the mid 80's to 1994, and Disney comics (Brer Rabbit) for the Dutch market in 1994-1995. He then worked on five of DreamWorks Animation's feature animated films, including The Road to El Dorado, where he was one of the character designers.
